Quality Control

Quality Control

The quality control process actually begins with the inspection of received materials. Wood is measured for moisture levels as well as is culled for imperfections. Every home undergoes a rigid set of quality control inspections at every stage in the construction process. This includes everything from framing to final finishing details, including electrical, mechanical and plumbing. No home moves to the next station until it passes rigorous QC inspection. All homes are built to a very high building standard so to not only meet but often times surpass each state’s building code requirements. These requirements are overseen by a third party independent inspection agency that walks each home as it is built.
